Food Server

About the role

We are seeking a polite, energetic and customer‑focused Food Server (Steward/Waiter) to join our hotel team in Bulgaria. You will deliver excellent service, create a pleasant dining experience for guests and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
• Present menus, explain items and suggest specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area and service stations.
• Assist in table setup, clearing and resetting for the next guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth operations.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar food‑service role.
• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (distance/online) in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Punctual, reliable and disciplined.
