Food Co-worker – Pacific

About the role

Join IKEA’s Food team in the Pacific region and help create a safe, sustainable, and enjoyable food experience for every customer. You will work across the restaurant, bistro, kitchen, or Swedish Food Market, ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of IKEA Food areas, including restaurant, bistro, kitchen, and Swedish Food Market.
• Act on customer feedback and continuously improve the food experience.
• Maintain global and national food safety and quality standards at all times.
• Promote IKEA’s brand values as a food ambassador, emphasizing safety, health, sustainability, and joy.
• Apply retail foundations and sales tools to optimise commercial results.
• Exceed customer expectations by creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
• Contribute to business plans and sustainability goals by reducing waste and improving efficiency.
