Food & Beverage Team Leader

About the role

The Team Leader will support the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage outlet at Hyatt Regency Pune, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role works closely with the Outlet Manager to deliver courteous, professional and flexible service to guests while meeting employee and owner expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the department to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support the Outlet Manager in maintaining the outlet according to the established concept statement and brand standards.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
