Food & Beverage Server – Hotel Hospitality

About the role

The Food & Beverage Server will join the hospitality team at President Hotel Jodhpur, delivering attentive service to guests in a dynamic hotel environment. This full‑time, on‑site position involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist with buffet and banquet setups as required.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve basic service issues, and follow hotel billing and cash‑handling procedures.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Strong food service and beverage knowledge with an understanding of menu items.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Foundational culinary skills, including food handling, presentation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
