About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Food & Beverage Sales Executive and help create memorable guest experiences by driving revenue for our dining outlets. You will design and execute sales strategies, build client relationships, and coordinate events that showcase the warmth of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and increase outlet revenue.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Plan, organize, and execute events ranging from intimate gatherings to large‑scale functions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that deliver favorable terms for Hilton.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of sales or coordination experience within the hospitality industry.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, and a proactive ownership mindset.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
