Food & Beverage Executive

About the role

The Food & Beverage Executive ensures seamless service delivery in the hospitality district, leading a team to meet guest expectations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and address guest needs promptly.
• Inspect grooming, attire, and overall appearance of team members, correcting any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Create and follow work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols; report incidents and complete required safety training.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure a professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for extended periods, and navigating confined spaces.
