About the role

You will join the front‑of‑house team at Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills, delivering consistent, high‑quality service to guests. The Food & Beverage Associate ensures a courteous and professional experience for every customer, supporting the overall reputation of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to all customers.
• Serve food and beverage items to guests in the assigned area.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible approach throughout service.
• Work to maximize guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
