Food & Beverage Associate – Barista

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Associate – Barista to join our team at Marriott International in Goa. In this full‑time position you will help create memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, supporting event services and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to guests following company standards.
• Set up tables, event materials and coordinate with the kitchen during banquets and events.
• Interact with guests, welcome them, and ensure a professional and courteous service experience.
• Maintain clean work areas, handle supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures and complete required training and certifications.
• Adhere to uniform and personal appearance standards and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant Food & Beverage or barista experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Clear and professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Barista skills (coffee preparation and service).
• Basic knowledge of food‑service safety and hygiene practices.
