Food and Beverage Assistant

About the role

The Food and Beverage Assistant will join Centre Point Hospitality’s new property in Amravati, supporting daily operations across the restaurant, coffee shop, banquet areas and room service. Working on‑site full‑time, you will help deliver a seamless guest experience by assisting with food preparation, serving meals and beverages, and maintaining clean service environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Set up and clear tables, support banquet setups and breakdowns, and ensure service areas are organized.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, follow food safety procedures, and report any issues to supervisors.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is advantageous.
• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages.
