Fixed Income Dealer – Front‑End Sales

About the role

AUM Capital, a leading pan‑India debt‑market player, is seeking a Fixed Income Dealer to join its front‑end sales team. The role focuses exclusively on client‑facing activities, covering bond sourcing, buying, selling and placement for institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate treasuries, banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, insurance companies, pension funds, family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Source, price, and execute transactions across a range of products including G‑Sec, SDL, PSU and corporate bonds, NCDs, CP/CDs and perpetuals.
• Manage end‑to‑end fixed‑income deals, from initial client outreach to settlement.
• Provide market insights and advisory support to institutional clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fixed Income or Institutional Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Location: Mumbai or Chennai.
• NISM Fixed Income Certification (Series XXII) preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of government securities, state development loans, PSU and corporate bonds, non‑convertible debentures, commercial paper and certificates of deposit.
• Ability to independently manage full transaction cycles.
• Excellent client‑relationship and negotiation capabilities.
