Finishing Department Manager – Construction

About the role

Mace is seeking an experienced Finishing Department Manager to lead the high‑rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai. You will oversee project management, technical services and external resources, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality outcomes while championing safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Define project management, technical services and external resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in line with the Project Execution Plan and KPIs.
• Champion health, safety and wellbeing throughout all project stages.
• Manage project plans, budgets and timelines, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure robust quality systems, effective collaboration and clear communication with all parties.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, supporting the transition to net‑zero carbon and managing related impacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience in market research, feasibility studies and customer segmentation.
• Commitment to safety, client focus, integrity and continuous improvement.
