Financial Controller – Strategic Finance Leader

About the role

Accor is seeking a proactive Financial Controller to partner with the General Manager, Executive Committee and department heads. You will provide comprehensive financial support, strategic guidance and data‑driven insights to drive business performance across our hospitality portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to deliver financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Analyse financial performance, identify variances and propose corrective actions.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, capital budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Produce monthly internal benchmarking and operational performance reports.
• Ensure segregation of duties, monitor internal controls and document compliance.
• Approve cash disbursements and oversee all financial transactions.
• Implement credit and collection procedures in line with corporate policy.
• Participate in revenue‑management meetings to spot opportunities and risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial controlling, budgeting and reporting within a large organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
