Financial Controller

About the role

The Finance Controller will support site and business‑unit management teams by delivering accurate financial data, identifying efficiency improvements, and evaluating capital investments. This role is based in Airoli, Maharashtra and operates in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cost‑center planning for legal entities based on the annual budget.
• Prepare production cost‑center plans and activity rates using standard costing.
• Manage daily operations with a focus on quality, continuous improvement and Lean events.
• Lead daily huddle meetings and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date operational procedures and ensure compliance with standardized processes.
• Review and correct production cost centers to guarantee accuracy.
• Provide detailed labor and utilities analysis and collaborate on cost‑reduction opportunities.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience with a qualified CMA (or 8 years if CA or CMA Inter/MBA).
• 5+ years of controlling experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
