Finance Manager – Financial Operations & Strategy

About the role

TransFi is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead its financial operations and support strategic decision‑making. The role combines day‑to‑day accounting oversight with long‑term financial planning in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and company policy requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and overall financial health.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and external stakeholders.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and improve financial processes.
• Provide data‑driven insights to leadership for business decisions.
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related roles.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation and compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with accounting software/tools.
