Finance Manager – Finance Operations Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Operations Business Partnership (BP) team is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Middle East Retail BP team. You will drive procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash performance while ensuring compliance with e‑invoicing and tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor KPIs, operational, business and compliance metrics, and service level agreements for global finance programs.
• Consolidate performance data, challenge assumptions and assess regulatory impact on projections.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Service Centers, Vendor Management, Retail Finance, Tax, Legal and external vendors.
• Identify and implement cash‑flow, margin and productivity improvements related to vendor payments and receivables.
• Resolve critical vendor, process, regulatory and system escalations, performing root‑cause analysis and timely remediation.
• Assess and mitigate financial, operational and compliance risks, including statutory penalties and e‑invoicing readiness gaps.
• Monitor evolving tax and e‑invoicing regulations, drive system and process changes to meet statutory deadlines.

Required profile

• Experience managing high‑visibility finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders.
