Finance Controller – Mundra & Tuna Ports

About the role

We are seeking a senior Finance Controller to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for the Mundra and Tuna port operations. The role will provide strategic decision support, ensure compliance and drive financial performance across the infrastructure business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation, consolidation and finalisation of annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, obtain approvals and conduct periodic reviews.
• Monitor monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, cost and profitability, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide financial evaluation and decision support for capital expenditure proposals and investment decisions.
• Prepare and circulate monthly MIS, coordinate financial performance reviews with business stakeholders.
• Oversee preparation, analysis and review of financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards and ensure compliance with internal audit observations.
• Manage cash flows, liquidity and short‑term investment decisions to optimise returns and maintain adequate funding.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in large organisations or infrastructure/port settings.
• Strong exposure to balance‑sheet finalisation, statutory audits and regulatory compliances.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end finance operations and drive financial performance.
