About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Finance Controller / Head Accounts to lead the financial operations of a luxury hospitality project in Udaipur. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of accounting functions during pre‑opening and renovation phases.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee hotel and resort finance operations, including budgeting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the accounts team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Drive financial processes and controls during pre‑opening or renovation projects.
Required profile
- Strong experience in hotel or resort finance management.
- Prior involvement in pre‑opening or renovation projects within the hospitality sector.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, statutory compliance, and team leadership.
