Finance & Commercial Manager (Remote)

About the role

Knoxx is expanding its finance function in Bangalore and seeks a senior Finance & Commercial Manager to lead finance operations, build scalable systems and provide commercial decision support. The role is remote and works closely with the CFO and Australian leadership to professionalise finance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Own the month‑end close, improve processes and produce a structured monthly finance pack for leadership.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, accruals, pre‑payments, inter‑company balances and statutory reporting for all Knoxx entities.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 13‑week cash‑flow model, monitor working‑capital metrics and provide weekly cash‑flow visibility.
• Design and enforce pricing governance, maintain a single source of truth for customer‑ and SKU‑level pricing, and create margin‑visibility dashboards.
• Build landed‑cost models, support R&D project documentation and assist with the India entity setup.
• Implement reporting calendars, reconciliation checklists and improve the reliability of finance data, dashboards and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑10 years of finance experience in a fast‑growing, product‑focused business.
• Hands‑on expertise in month‑end close, cash‑flow management and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to design finance operating models, controls and pricing governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to work independently and collaborate across geographies.
• Experience supporting entity setup and compliance in India is a plus.
