About the role
The Finance Business Partner – Assistant Manager will support the Sales‑Independent Aftermarket business by managing receivables, credit risk and financial processes. The role combines stakeholder management, customer service and process improvement to drive growth and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Receivables Management – monitor overdue accounts and minimise customer overdue.
- Business Partnering – support sales teams, drive business growth and manage end‑to‑end stakeholder interactions.
- Customer Centricity – handle customer queries, explain policies, gather feedback and act on it.
- Credit Management – oversee sales‑related business risks and credit limits to avoid unexpected impacts.
- Standardisation & Governance – identify process improvements, lead automation initiatives and ensure efficient business operations.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant or MBA in Finance.
- 2‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in O2C management, sales controlling, debtors management, taxation and digital tools.
- Advanced knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, reporting and related processes.
- Basic understanding of accounting standards, bookkeeping and risk management.
- Familiarity with industry‑wide B2B processes.
