Finance Accounting Manager

About the role

The Finance Accounting Manager will lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial recording, and support statutory compliance. This role is pivotal for month‑end closing, MIS reporting, and tax filings, working closely with auditors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage month‑end closing activities, including ledger reviews, provisions, reconciliations, and closing entries.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and management reports.
• Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• File GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, and manage GST return filing and reconciliations.
• Prepare and manage TDS returns, deductions, payments, and related compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax‑related matters.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for accounting and compliance needs.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the finance team in audits, financial reporting, and other accounting activities.

Required profile

• CA or CA Finalist preferred, with completed CA Articleship.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of month‑end closing and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
