Process Manager – Source to Pay (AP Helpdesk)

About the role

The Process Manager – Source to Pay will lead the end‑to‑end transformation of KONE Business Services’ Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes, with a focus on the Accounts Payable (AP) Helpdesk. Reporting to the Head of KBS Source‑to‑Pay, you will own the AP Helpdesk service, collaborate with global business lines and ensure the KONE Way is defined, documented and applied worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Program‑manage E2E S2P transformation initiatives, especially AP Helpdesk automation and harmonisation.
• Develop and maintain clear, up‑to‑date transformation roadmaps aligned with global process owners.
• Define, document and implement the KONE Way operating procedures and tools for process standardisation.
• Monitor process compliance, drive Lean improvements and ensure KPI reporting in a common tool.
• Act as the primary contact for global business lines, functions and GPOs on AP Helpdesk matters.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of international experience, preferably in helpdesk operations and P2P finance or sourcing.
• Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders and work in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP and related P2P solutions.
• Excellent collaboration, documentation and communication abilities.
