Finance & Accounting Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Consultant to lead end‑to‑end projects for clients requiring expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. The role involves guiding teams, managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality solutions under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle, providing technical accounting guidance on Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS and related conversions.
• Support clients with financial reporting requirements for securities listings, M&A, group restructuring and finance transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Develop and deliver process‑related financial reporting services and address topical technical queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of advisory services, industry developments and emerging regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Qualified CA (CACA) with up to 5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong domain knowledge in accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and leadership potential.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Good organizational and prioritisation capabilities.

Required skills

• Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS.
• Companies Act and SEBI regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle finance systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with advanced data‑analytics tools.
