About the role
The company is seeking a motivated Field Sales Officer to drive FMCG sales across the Bhopal territory. You will be responsible for building relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers while meeting monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle field sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers regularly.
- Develop new dealers/distributors and expand market coverage.
- Generate new sales leads and follow up with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Ensure timely order collection and follow‑up.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
- Experience in distributor/dealer and retail sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
