Field Sales Executive

About the role

Aura Real Estate is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive property transactions across residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural segments in Jaipur and surrounding areas. This full‑time, on‑site role involves guiding clients from initial inquiry through negotiation to final handover while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective buyers and sellers, generating qualified leads for multiple property categories.
• Conduct property visits, present suitable options and explain key features and benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate with the listings and documentation team to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Provide negotiation assistance and support clients throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Travel locally within Jaipur and nearby areas for property showings, client meetings and promotional events.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close real‑estate deals.
• Excellent communication and customer‑relationship management abilities.
• Basic understanding of real‑estate markets, property valuation and transaction processes; willingness to learn local regulations.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.
• Comfortable with frequent fieldwork and local travel.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or lead‑management systems to track inquiries and update records.
• Comfortable using smartphones and standard productivity tools.
