Field Sales Executive (B2C) – Bhopal

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive (B2C) to drive residential solar sales in Bhopal. You will generate leads, meet prospects in person, and convert interest into confirmed orders while representing our solar solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new solar leads through field visits, networking and direct customer interaction.
• Visit residential, commercial and industrial customers to assess electricity needs and present solar benefits, ROI and savings.
• Conduct meetings, follow‑ups and prepare digital quotations or proposals.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for site surveys and system specifications.
• Maintain lead, interaction and order data in the company CRM.
• Develop relationships with local dealers, contractors, electricians, architects and other referral partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Presentable, confident and self‑motivated.
• Own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and independent work.
• Basic digital literacy – smartphone, internet, email and mobile apps.
