Field Auditor – Finance & Recovery

About the role

The Field Auditor will join Akasa Finance Limited’s Finance & Recovery team to conduct on‑site audits of repo stock, vehicle sales, returns and loan closure documentation across several locations in Assam. This role ensures that all physical assets and financial records are accurately reflected in the system and comply with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Repo Stock Audit: Verify physical repo stock against system records and assess asset condition.
• Repo Sale Verification: Confirm that all repo vehicle sales have proper billing, received payments and correct system entries.
• Repo Return Verification: Ensure repo return entries are posted accurately and stock levels are updated.
• Loan Closure Cases: Audit complete loan closure files for compliance.
• Settlement & Foreclosure Amount Verification: Cross‑check settlement and foreclosure calculations with policy guidelines and payment receipts.
• Document & Compliance Check: Validate that NOCs, closure letters and payment proofs are filed and meet compliance standards.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–4 years of experience in NBFC, auto finance or EV 2‑wheeler financing.
• Good knowledge of vehicle finance, repo processes and loan closure procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation handling.
• Valid 2‑wheeler driving license.
