About the role
Virtuosity Digital is seeking a motivated female Telecaller to join its Jalandhar office. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation and nurturing potential customers for the company’s digital services.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Identify and qualify leads, capturing relevant information in the CRM system.
- Maintain a target‑driven approach to meet daily and weekly call quotas.
- Follow up on previous interactions to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Provide accurate feedback on campaign performance and market response.
Required profile
- Female candidates only, as specified by the employer.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, call‑center, or sales support.
- Fluent verbal communication in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Confident, positive attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and generate qualified leads.
