About the role

We are seeking a motivated F&B Associate to join our premium Turkish fine‑dining restaurant in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will deliver warm, professional, and personalized service, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently explain menu items.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of Turkish cuisine, ingredients, and preparation styles.
• Maintain high standards of table setup, cleanliness, and overall restaurant hygiene.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, service standards, and grooming guidelines.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.

Required profile

• Experience in fine‑dining or premium restaurants preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a pleasant personality.
• Passion for hospitality and willingness to learn Turkish cuisine.
• Well‑groomed, confident, and professional appearance.
