Sales Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Brigade Hospitality by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets across rooms, banquets, events, corporate accounts, memberships, and other hospitality services. The role balances market expansion with exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Identify and acquire new corporate, MICE, travel‑agent, and leisure business.
• Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market analysis reports.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, update CRM, and ensure timely follow‑up on enquiries, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Banquets, F&B, Front Office, and Finance teams for seamless event execution.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, networking events, and sales campaigns.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and monitor conversion ratios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
• 5–8 years of hospitality sales experience, including at least 2 years in a Sales Manager role.
• Proven experience in hotel, resort, club or premium hospitality sales.
• Strong corporate and MICE sales background with a track record of meeting targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and client management.
