F&B Associate – Boutique Wellness Retreat

About the role

We're hiring an F&B Associate for a boutique wellness retreat set on an 8‑acre private hillside estate overlooking a lake. The property features 21 uniquely designed stays, a farm‑to‑table kitchen fed by an organic garden, and a warm, personal, unhurried service philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests across restaurant, in‑room dining, and private or outdoor settings.
• Know the menu and garden produce stories, and recommend confidently.
• Set up, maintain, and close service areas; handle POS billing.
• Keep service areas clean, hygienic, and guest‑ready at all times.
• Attend to guest requests and feedback during service.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of F&B service experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant (freshers with hotel management training considered).
• Friendly, attentive, well‑groomed; good English and Hindi (Marathi a plus).
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred.
