Room Attendant – Boutique Wellness Retreat

About the role

We're hiring a Room Attendant for a boutique wellness retreat we manage: an 8-acre private hillside estate overlooking a lake. 21 individually designed stays (no two alike), a farm-to-table kitchen fed by our own organic garden, and service that is warm, personal and unhurried.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service and set up guest rooms and bathrooms to the property's standards.
• Provide turndown service and replenish linen, towels and guest amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and handle lost‑and‑found promptly.
• Keep corridors and public areas spotless.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.

Required profile

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort (freshers with hotel management training will be considered).
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in a perfectly made room.
• Polite, discreet manner with guests; basic English and Hindi.
• Physically fit and comfortable on your feet throughout the shift.
