F&B and Event Service Expert

About the role

As an F&B and Event Service Expert you will help create memorable guest experiences by delivering high‑quality food, beverage and event support. You will work closely with the kitchen, banquet teams and guests to ensure every detail is taken care of from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, event materials and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies; report any maintenance issues or incidents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information.
• Communicate clearly with team members and support colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting objects up to 25 lb, and moving supplies as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience in food‑and‑beverage or event service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work extended periods on foot and perform basic lifting and bending.
