About the role

Harold Electricals, a leading electrical manufacturing company, is looking for a motivated Factory Helper to join its New Delhi plant. This full‑time, day‑shift position offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic production environment and the chance to grow within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery to support manufacturing processes.
• Assemble products on the line, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Sort and package finished goods according to company specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Monitor production activities and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a secure workplace.
• Assist with inventory organization of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain detailed production records and report discrepancies.

Required profile

• All education levels accepted; no specific degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar production role.
• Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
