About the role
Max Transtech Limited is hiring an Export Executive for its Export Sales department, covering sea (FCL/LCL) and air freight. The role drives revenue growth by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones, while coordinating with operations to ensure service excellence. The positions are based in Chandigarh, Baddi and Jaipur.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new export customers for sea and air freight services
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Develop customized freight solutions based on cost, transit time and service levels
- Coordinate with pricing, operations, documentation and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and track KPIs
- Follow up on sales closure until payment realization
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports
Required profile
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 5-7 years of experience in export sales (sea/air freight)
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of FCL, LCL and air freight operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
