About the role
We are seeking an Export Commercial Executive to manage international inquiries, prepare accurate quotations and support the sales process from lead generation to order confirmation. The role is focused on understanding customer needs and delivering cost‑effective solutions for export markets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from B2B portals, email and other channels.
- Communicate with customers via email or WhatsApp to gather product specifications.
- Prepare cost calculations and quotations using Microsoft Excel.
- Issue quotations and pro‑forma invoices and follow up to secure orders.
- Maintain organized records of inquiries, quotations and customer communications.
- Produce regular reports on inquiry status, quotation pipeline and order progress.
Required profile
- Graduate degree.
- Minimum three years of experience in export sales or commercial roles.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
