Export B2B Sales Executive

About the role

Jaydeep Organic Productions is expanding its global export of premium functional food ingredients, including Raw Green Banana Powder and Moringa Leaf Powder. We seek an aggressive B2B Export Sales Executive who can close high‑tonnage contracts with industrial bakeries, baby‑food manufacturers, and functional‑food formulators worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage procurement heads and R&D formulators across Europe, North America, GCC, and APAC.
• Negotiate and close multi‑ton container contracts based on product efficacy, COA parameters, and lab‑sample validation.
• Enforce mandatory 70% advance payment prior to production start.
• Coordinate lab‑sample testing, specification alignment, and commercial documentation.
• Travel quarterly to the corporate head office in Brahmapur for pipeline reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑7+ years of proven B2B export sales experience in food ingredients, agro‑processing, or nutraceutical powders.
• Deep understanding of food ingredient chemistry (resistant starch, mesh size, moisture content).
• Ability to sell on product value rather than paperwork, building buyer trust early in the commercial cycle.
• Strong discipline in capital protection and contract enforcement.
• Established network with industrial bakers, baby‑food producers, or bulk ingredient importers.

Required skills

• Food ingredient chemistry knowledge (resistant starch, mesh size, moisture content).
• Incoterms expertise (FOB, CIF).
• Cross‑border shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin).
• Flawless written and spoken English negotiation skills.
