Experienced Product Faculty for Executive Education

About the role

We are seeking seasoned product professionals to join our faculty and deliver high‑impact learning experiences to senior product leaders, entrepreneurs, and aspiring Chief Product Officers. You will teach executive‑level cohorts, translating complex product challenges into actionable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, instructor‑led sessions to experienced professional cohorts.
• Teach modules covering product strategy, leadership, innovation management, customer‑centricity, portfolio management, platform thinking, product operations, and digital product transformation.
• Connect product concepts with broader business strategy, growth, and customer experience.
• Facilitate case studies, simulations, and applied exercises tailored to senior audiences.
• Adapt delivery in real time based on industry context and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with the academic team on session design, case selection, assessments, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• 15+ years of industry experience in product management, product leadership, product strategy, innovation, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling products that deliver measurable business results.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams, founders, CXOs, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to sectors such as technology, SaaS, e‑commerce, fintech, healthcare, consumer products, media, or consulting.
• Strong ability to explain complex product and business concepts to highly experienced audiences.
• Excellent facilitation skills and comfort with case‑based, discussion‑driven pedagogy.
• Prior experience in executive education, management development programs, leadership training, or corporate workshops is highly preferred.
