Executive/Assistant Manager – Sales (Drive Systems)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive/Assistant Manager to lead sales of drive systems at Bosch Rexroth India in Pune. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to order closure, building strong relationships with OEMs and end‑users, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage OEMs/end‑users for new drive‑system projects, from initial enquiry through to order finalisation.
• Generate new business opportunities through continuous customer interaction and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Translate technical knowledge into effective sales strategies and present tailored solutions.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, application and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and timely updates.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, monitoring market trends and engineering applications.
• Maintain thorough understanding of commercial terms and conditions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial or automation sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Good analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and market trends.
