About the role
We are seeking an Executive Secretary to support the Chief Doctor and Chairman of our Ayurvedic Multi‑Speciality Hospital. The role involves managing high‑level administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and acting as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, meetings and calls with patients, doctors, trustees and external partners.
- Draft letters, emails, reports and meeting minutes while safeguarding confidential medical and legal records.
- Liaise with hospital departments, government bodies, media and VIP guests; follow up on action items from meetings.
- Arrange travel, conferences, events and hospital functions; oversee office administration for the Chairman’s office.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Chairman’s office, handling queries with discretion and professionalism.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to senior leadership, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- High integrity, strong time‑management abilities and capacity to handle sensitive matters.
- Graduate degree; background in Ayurvedic or hospital settings is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Competitive salary range of ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
