About the role
The Executive – Sales Commercial will support the marketing and commercial teams by handling vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and financial monitoring of marketing spend across India.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services required for marketing initiatives, negotiate terms, and manage agreements.
- Raise purchase orders accurately and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain vendor account hygiene, including open advances, open goods receipts, and obtain no‑due certificates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, taxation, IT, and branch teams for routine activities.
- Work with the marketing warehouse and sales commercial teams to ensure on‑time dispatch of marketing collaterals and prepare related MIS reports.
- Assist brand teams in launches, activations, events, and monitor spend against budget, highlighting deviations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS related to commercial and brand hierarchy.
Required profile
- Any graduate degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts, commercial, or related functions.
- Conceptual clarity on accounting logic; SAP ERP experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
