Executive Protection Officer (PSO) – VIP Security & Driver

About the role

The Security Bodyguard cum Driver provides close protection to VIP clients while also operating their vehicle with defensive driving skills. This dual‑role position requires situational awareness, discretion and the ability to respond to emergencies during travel or at residential/office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide close physical protection to VIP clients during travel and public appearances.
• Conduct route surveys, risk assessments and coordinate contingency plans.
• Operate assigned vehicle (sedan, SUV or armored) safely, adhering to traffic rules and VIP protocols.
• Perform pre‑trip vehicle checks, maintain vehicle condition and ensure security of the vehicle when idle.
• Respond promptly to attacks, medical emergencies or road incidents, evacuate the principal and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th pass education (12th preferred); age 28‑50 years; height at least 5’8” (172 cm).
• Valid LMV driving licence with 3‑5 years of accident‑free driving experience.
• 3‑7 years of experience in personal security, VIP driving or as a bodyguard/ex‑serviceman.
• Physically fit, alert and well‑built.

Required skills

• Defensive and evasive driving under pressure.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge.
• Understanding of security protocols, threat assessment and protective formations.
