Executive Manager – Teamcenter System Administration

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a senior professional to lead the administration and operation of its Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments. The role is part of the global Technology Information team and will oversee both production and non‑production landscapes, ensuring stability, scalability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end installation, configuration and setup of Teamcenter (2‑tier and 4‑tier) including Active Workspace, license server and related components.
• Manage a team of administrators, handling incidents, coordinating changes, troubleshooting, and deploying releases across all environments.
• Plan and execute Teamcenter upgrades, patching and hot‑fix deployments using Deployment Center and Siemens tools.
• Support integration of Teamcenter with enterprise systems such as SAP, 3DX, F4PLM, OpenText and others.
• Implement security controls in line with PepsiCo information‑security policies and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Develop monitoring tools and automation scripts to proactively manage system health.
• Partner with infrastructure leads to ensure high availability, performance and compliance in a cloud‑based, distributed architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10–12 years of systems‑administration experience, with at least 7 years focused on Siemens Teamcenter.
• Proven track record of sustaining large‑scale Teamcenter installations, upgrades and integrations.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Siemens Teamcenter architecture, Active Workspace (AWC), BMIDE and ITK.
• Teamcenter core, BMIDE deployment, custom module deployment, load‑balancing and clustering.
• Cloud platforms – preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Scripting languages: Shell, PowerShell, Python.
• DevOps practices and automation tools.
