About the role
The Executive I – Commercial supports the Marketing Commercial function by handling administration, vendor coordination and financial tracking for marketing initiatives across India.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services, negotiate terms and ensure timely PO creation and payments.
- Maintain vendor account hygiene, including open advances, GRs and monthly provisions.
- Liaise with internal teams such as finance, taxation, SSC, IT and branch offices for routine activities.
- Manage dispatches of marketing collaterals, share MIS reports and support brand launches, activations and events.
- Monitor marketing spend (≈ 50 crore INR), compare budget vs. actuals and highlight exceptions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS related to commercial and brand hierarchy.
Required profile
- Graduation from any discipline.
- 1‑2 years of experience in accounts, commercial or related functions.
- Conceptual clarity on accounting logic and good communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior exposure to SAP ERP is an advantage.
