Executive Housekeeper

About the role
The Executive Housekeeper leads the housekeeping and laundry teams at Evolve Back Resort, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule housekeeping staff based on forecasted occupancy and adjust for sudden changes.
- Coordinate room availability with the Front Office Manager.
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities and monitor guest feedback to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety rules and procedures.
- Assist in preparing the annual budget, monitor departmental performance against budget, and control operating and payroll costs.
- Recruit, orient, train, and motivate staff, conducting meetings and counseling as needed.
- Set performance standards, communicate expectations, and track achievement of targets.
Required profile
- Diplomatic, calm, detail‑oriented and safety‑mindful.
- Honest, trustworthy and a strong team player.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
