About the role
The Executive Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping department at Alila Diwa Goa, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, spa, back‑of‑house spaces, laundry and dry‑cleaning operations meet Hyatt International’s brand standards and guest expectations. This role combines operational oversight with staff leadership to deliver a consistently high level of cleanliness and service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, spa, and non‑kitchen back‑of‑house zones.
- Oversee laundry and dry‑cleaning services, including hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry.
- Ensure compliance with corporate strategies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets, inventories and procurement.
- Lead, train and schedule housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve cleanliness‑related issues promptly.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
