About the role
The Executive Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for guests at JW Marriott Goa. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handle payments, and provide accurate information to enhance the guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes.
- Secure payment prior to key issuance, adjust billing as needed, and compile daily reports.
- Handle cash, vouchers, paid‑outs, and balance receipts; perform bank drops at shift start and end.
- Notify loss prevention/security of any theft reports.
- Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling and motivating staff.
- Provide guests with directions, property information and respond to service requests.
- Maintain compliance with safety, appearance, confidentiality and company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of front‑desk or guest‑services experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to handle cash, perform banking tasks and follow accounting procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer and POS systems.
- Basic cash handling and receipt reconciliation.
