Executive Food & Beverage Server – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Executive Food & Beverage Server will deliver premium service to guests in a luxury hospitality environment. You will ensure a seamless dining experience while upholding high standards of hygiene and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests courteously and professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Maintain table setup and cleanliness according to outlet standards.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
• Handle guest queries and complaints politely, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with billing and payment processes as required.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and service SOPs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Aviation, Cabin Crew/Airline Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of Food & Beverage experience in luxury hotels, fine‑dine restaurants, luxury lounges, airlines or aviation hospitality.
• Prior experience in F&B service or aviation hospitality preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage equipment and safety protocols.
