Executive F&B Service

About the role

As an Executive F&B Service you will lead the food and beverage service team in delivering memorable guest experiences across the hotel’s restaurants and outlets. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure high standards of service, quality and presentation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Supervise daily service activities, delegate duties and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
• Liaise with the kitchen to guarantee the highest quality and visual appeal of food served.
• Monitor service performance, address guest feedback and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a genuine passion for food and beverage.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, able to lead by example.
