About the role
We are seeking an Executive Back‑End Non‑Voice Email Customer Service professional to manage client communications via email. In this back‑end, non‑voice position, you will be responsible for reading incoming client emails, interpreting their requests, and taking the appropriate actions to resolve issues. The role plays a critical part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely email handling.
