Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the role

We are looking for an articulate, highly analytical Executive Assistant to serve as the strategic right‑hand to our Chief Executive Officer. The role combines business management, financial insight, and digital process automation to streamline executive workflows, drive special projects, and support cross‑functional performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership priorities, schedule and facilitate management meetings, and draft strategic correspondence.
• Analyze departmental performance metrics, prepare executive briefs, and build data‑driven presentations.
• Leverage AI platforms, digital workflows, and automation tools to improve research, task management, and operational efficiency.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of corporate initiatives, market research, and cross‑departmental growth projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA, PGDM or equivalent) with a focus on marketing, operations, finance or strategy.
• Verified IT or technical certifications (e.g., Business Analytics, AI/Generative AI tools, Digital Strategy, Python, IT Systems).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
